Move unassociated emails to a different account

Hello,
 
Is it possible to change the email account to which the emails are linked? I
actually need to associate emails to issues in a different project.
 
My setup is:
 
emails arrive and are placed into one email account (hence can only be
associated to issues in that project). I want to associate some emails to
issues in another project and, since I assume this is not possible (due to
the "emails->email account->project" relationship), linking the emails to
another email account would probably be the solution.
