Can`t send mail natifications using crond

Hi, Everyone
I`m try to run smth like:

rem -- process_mail_queue.bat --
@echo off
cd D:\web\eventum\misc
php process_mail_queue.php

If i run this file directky from command line - all is ok.
When I try to run this batch file using cron daemon - there is no any email
sent.

Where is difference?
