Subject:Integration with customer DB for names/addresses/customer ID

More Qs:

Q: One thing that would REALLY help me sell Eventum is the ability
to connect to an external DB for accessing customer usernames/id's etc.
I saw on the wiki that some thinking is underway to allow integration
with a CRM system via the Customer API (I seem to recall Sugar CRM as a
candidate). Is there any functionality in place to help facilitate this?
Ideally I'd like to be able to enter a customer ID in a custom field,
press a button and have the customer data filled in. I may be asking for
something that is in the future, but maybe someone else has already
implemented a similar function.

Q: It would be nice to be able to assign resolutions on a per project
basis. It seems they are all global right now. My tech support list, for
example, doesn't need "fixed", "not a bug", and etc., but would like to
have "operator error", and such.
