Thanks for all of your help on this. Is there any way that a user can
create their own account to begin with or would they have to send us an
e-mail for us to setup their account. I'm pretty sure there's some
automated way to do this, but I just haven't seen it yet.

The installation tool should have given you the default account login
information. In any case, the values are the following:
- Email: admin@stripped
- Password: admin
Please change that default account as soon as you can.
