If you're using IIS, you may have a redirection problem.
Humor me and try this (from another post on the mailing list):

Though there could be other header() functions that need to be re-written
as well. You're describing different behavior than was discussed in the
other thread (no cookies set) but I've seen the blank page problem in some
phpNuke sites when nuke was running on IIS.

I'm not sure what the problem is, since Eventum works fine locally with an
Apache server. I'll install IIS and see if I can reproduce the error.
