I assume you are talking about the email that gets sent when an issue is 
automatically created from an email. There is no way to disable this 
email, but you can stop them by editing 
Notification::notifyAutoCreatedIssue() or change the content of 
/eventum/templates/en/notifications/new_auto_created_issue.tpl.text.

I have added a TODO item to send a different email to users that do not 
have an Eventum account that will not mentioned logging into eventum.

An option you might want to look at is the 'Segregate Reporters' option 
on the project page. With this option enabled, users with a role of 
reporter or viewer will only be able to see issues they reported.
