Bryan,
After doing the basic troubleshooting that I should have done before crying
'bug' I've found that I had a corrupted eventum_issue_history table.
I've repaired it and the issue is resolved, except of course for the history
that we lost when I wasn't paying attention.

The history of changes show up fine for me in 1.5.1. Do you see any error
messages in /eventum/logs/errors.log? Also, please change the level of error
reporting in config.inc.php to the following values.
ini_set("display_errors", 1);
error_reporting(E_ALL);
This should help us track down the problem.
