Issue inforamtion in top of eventum email

Hi!
 
Does anyone know how to append a dynamic text the shows which recipients the email is sent
to at the top of each email that is sent from Eventum. The text I would like to append is
something like:

This email is sent from {Tool Caption} to the following recipients:
Staff: Lisa Karlsson, Peter Eriksson …
Other: nisse@stripped, fia@stripped
 
If you reply to this e-mail, make sure you include [#{issue ID}] in the subject line
