Hook, and redirect

Ability to add a Hook, and redirect hook also. for integration.

the diff are the ....php.txt files hope atatching files work =), with the
original files from the svn.

we have talked a few times in irc =) I am "always" but will also subscribe
to this so i can reply eather palce if you need more info. =)
