I believe Bryan already explained all of them, but he failed to mention that
Customer and Developer are new permission levels that will be introduced with
the 1.3 release.
Customer has an obvious purpose, but Developer has a slightly higher level than
Standard User to allow your company to differentiate between normal staff users,
and the ones who are responsible for handling issues in Eventum. That is
especially useful for big companies in which only a department is supposed to
handle customer issues.
