Customer
This role will be in the next release of eventum. It has many
restrictions on it, such as only being able to see issues from the same
customer. Some of the fields are also hidden from this user. More
documentation on this role will be included in the release along with other
documentation about the new Customer API.

Can perform most action in eventum, can view internal discussion,
but cannot change any configuration options.
Developer:
Another new role with slightly more access then Standard User. Joao
will be better at explaining this then I.

Has access to many configuration options (Everything listed under
"Areas") on the manage page.

Hope this helps.
