Posting Patches

I have just started working with eventum and I see some areas where I can
make some modifications to help the tool in my environment.  I would love
to be able to submit patches for this back to the project so that at
upgrade time, I don't have to reimplement my changes.  What method do you
guys prefer to see patches submitted?
