My personal solution is to not use automatically generated SQL (ie, ditch
CommandBuilder.)  I find that for the simple case building the commands
myself is simple anyway, and in the more complex case CommandBuilder doesn't
do what I need.  Not really a solution to your problem, but it's something
to think about.
