      Bug #36877 main.max_heap_table_size_basic_32 fails on some systems
      
      Unable to reproduce the bug using mysql-azalea-bugfixing
      on a 64 bit Windows machine using 32 bit binaries.
      
      This patch re-eables the max_heap_table_size_basic_32
      test case.
