Hi Peter,

Do you agree that silently ignoring duplicate database names in the database 
list passed to BACKUP command is an acceptable behaviour? E.g.,

sql> BACKUP DATABASE foo, bar, foo, bar TO 'image.bkp';

will simply backup databases `foo` and `bar`.
