Hi Oystein and Jorgen,

Because there is bug#37303 & friends and it is still not clear how RESTORE 
should interact with transactions in other connections, I'll not test it now. I 
only test how BACKUP interacts with transactions. Instead of extending 
backup_commit_restore test, I added new test backup_commit_backup. In this test 
I use all supported engines, including the two transactional ones: Falcon and 
InnoDB.
