bk commit into 5.1 tree (frazer:1.2589) BUG#36375

[Frazer Clement]

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.1 repository of frazer.  When frazer does a push these changes
will be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Bug #36375
  Issue when old Api scan operation is closed before it has been executed.
  Uninitialised members are used during scan close, and this can result in a SEGV.
  
  Testcase for Bug 36124 provides coverage :
