I do not understand why you took the parameter out of StorageParameters.h.  I think it has
the same effect.

Also, since SET GLOBAL FALCON_CONSISTENT_READ still works, you need to leave the code in 

	StorageInterface::falcon_init() 
and 
	StorageInterface::updateConsistentRead()

These functions change the default way that the Falcon engine applies a repeatable-read
isolation.  

How will you know if the value sent is GLOBAL or not?
