1. Seems you forgot to increase "Next DBTC" in ERROR_codes.txt.
2. Shouldn't there be a reference to BUG#34216 in test programs, so that one
can understand what they are trying to test?
[I understand idea with error inserts I think, but did not read through every
line in test programs in detail.]
