I am sorry. I didn't know that. (Fortunately I didn't select the
reviewers, phew!) Current review policy says "two" developers. It is not
specified in more detail.
We had a discussion with the runtime team about it (Dmitri). The idea
was that it could be fixed in the way I did it or by changing the
partitioning code.
We selected to do both. The first change in 5.1 and the second one in 6.0.
