No, actually what happened was the consistent snapshot driver failed to
correctly initiate the consistent read which meant that the consistent
snapshot backed up all records -- even those altered/inserted after the
consistent read transaction was started.
The real problem was the conflict between the requirements of the default
driver and consistent snapshot driver WRT how and when tables are opened --
see the the bug report for more details.
The only way to solve the problem was to run either the default or
consistent snapshot table access portions in a separate thread. I chose the
default driver.
