Subject:[patch 0/8] NDB Win32 patches (Alpha)

Jack Andrews has been working on the port of NDB to Win32.

These patches are in-progress, but can be used to bulid a NDB Management
Server on Win32 that works at least to some degrees :)

Consider it Alpha... not yet all ready for inclusion.

Thanks to Antony Curtis as well for some of the initial work
