Subject:[NDB patch 0/5] Bug28804 Unknown error returned on a query using joins

This patch series reflects Tomas and Jonas' review comments.

Most notable change is in the test program (exposes more bugs,
not all fixed here) and in handling of timeout from ndbd (when
we send TCROLLBACKREQ we now send a flag that the rollback
may contain bad data and the kernel should try not to assert)).

Comments and feedback welcomed... I'd like to get this in relatively
soon.
