This is basically what I vote for. However, I want to return errkey= -1
from ::info() and return an error message from
ha_federated::get_error_message() which tells the user that we noticed
his attempt to do ON DUPLICATE, but we cannot do it.
But neither of us both can make that decision. We need to consult
architects.
