bk commit into 5.1 tree (bar:1.2524)

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.1 repository of bar. When bar does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Define HAVE_STRNLEN correctly.

    strnlen() presents in the build in library only starting from
    Visual Studio 2005, identified by _MSC_VER 1400.
    Previous versions of Visual Studio didn't have this
    function, so they need the MySQL replacement function to be compiled.
