bk commit into 5.0 tree (mhansson:1.2491) BUG#23856

[mhansson]

5.0 repository of mhansson. When mhansson does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Bug #23856: GROUP_CONCAT and ORDER BY: junk from previous 
  rows for query on I_S
  
  This is a patch to get rid of some warnings about comparisons
  between singed and unsigned ints, which turn up on sapsrv1 and
  sapsrv2.
