bk commit into 5.1 tree (tsmith:1.2506) BUG#24588

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.1 repository of tsmith. When tsmith does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Bug #24588: "MBROverlaps missing in 5.1?"
  
  The MBR-prefixed function aliases (e.g., MBROVERLAPS()) were missing in 5.1, after
  some code refactoring left them out.  This simply adds them into the func_array list.
