bk commit into 5.0 tree (ramil:1.2323) BUG#22158

[ramil]

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
5.0 repository of ram. When ram does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  Fix for bug #22158: Errors in init_connect terminate connections silently
  
  We set thd->net.vio= 0 to forbid sending result of the 
  init_connect execution to client. As a side effect we don't 
  log possible errors.
