Subject:bk commit into 4.1 tree (holyfoot:1.2535)

Below is the list of changes that have just been committed into a local
4.1 repository of hf. When hf does a push these changes will
be propagated to the main repository and, within 24 hours after the
push, to the public repository.

  WL#3475 (Threads for the embedded server in mysqltest)
  
  Necessary code added to mysqltest.c.
  Disabled tests are available now.

    do_send_query function implemented, so now 'send' command will be
    run in separate thread for the embedded server.
    Mutex and condition added to the 'connection' struct for syncronisation
    purposes. Yes it'd be easier if we had pthread_join() command
