      WL#5185 Remove deprecated FLUSH <MASTER|SLAVE> syntax
      
      "FLUSH MASTER" has been deprecated since MySQL 5.1, and
      is now removed.  Use "RESET MASTER" instead
      
      "FLUSH SLAVE" has been deprecated since MySQL 5.1, and
      is now removed.  Use "RESET SLAVE" instead
