Aaah, okay - I need to build the MySql Cluster server with the clusterjpa
and openjpa plugins.  I'll test this and feedback if the problem persists.
(As per http://dev.mysql.com/doc/ndbapi/en/mccj-getting.html and executing
SHOW PLUGINS against mysqld)

Will feedback on the issue I had with OpenJPA 2 soon (wrote a testcase and
issued a bug with OpenJpa about it - just want to review it again with
everything I've learned in the interim)
