you typed the  command wrong and presumably overwrote your config.ini:

You should do:

ndb_mgmd -f /var/lib/mysql-cluster/config.ini  --configdir=/var/lib/mysql-cluster/ --initial

But first verify your

/var/lib/mysql-cluster/config.ini
