I just tried it again and got a response after "kill -9 $pid" - btw I killed it after about 30 minutes - key_cache [ fail ] Errors are (from /usr/local/mysql-test/var/log/mysqltest-time) : /usr/local/bin/mysqltest: At line 77: query 'insert into t1 values (1, 'qqqq'), (11, 'yyyy')' failed: 2013: Lost connection to MySQL server during query (the last lines may be the most important ones) Aborting: key_cache failed. To continue, re-run with '--force'. Can anyone tell me if it was actually running or stuck in a loop, and thus if I should just let it keep running? Thanks much! Devananda Neopets, Inc
