MYSQL Cluster with memcached.

Hello All

I have implemented a 10 node MYSQL cluster on virtual machines using vmware
ESXi 4.1

We would have high read and write operations, Is it advisable to use
memcached with this setup on vm's?

Also I read that automatic resynchronization of data does not happen in
memcached whereas it happens in MYSQL cluster would this cause a conflict or
a single point of failure?
