No, if you did --initial on both data nodes, it did remove all files after which they will
be recreated when the data node starts.

As Andrew mentioned, if you don't have a backup of previous ndb_*_fs/ directories, or no
binary logs, I'm afraid your data is lost.

What tool you used btw?
