* Depends on how much Data Memory you'll need.
* I wonder why you have 8 disks in those machines, what was the plan?
* 4 machines = 4 data nodes, unless you need less Data memory, then  
you can put 2 ndbd's on 1 machine, so saving 2 of these SunFires
* you'll need extra, less powerful machines to put management and sql  
nodes on them.

It all depends what you going to do. Odd you have hardware and then  
ask for recommendations. Should be the other way around :)
