That was my first try, yes. I also tried --print-meta. I could not
find any combination of command-line arguments that did not fault.

I had a BACKUP-164 from the prior day that showed the same results.

I realize there's not much information here to go from... luckily this
is a test system, not production, so we ended up initializing it without
any data. After initialization, things look normal:

[root@t0core-dbs01 BACKUP-1]# /opt/mysql/bin/ndb_restore -n 3 -b 1
Nodeid = 3
Backup Id = 1
backup path = ./
Opening file './BACKUP-1.3.ctl'
File size 977648 bytes
Ndb version in backup files: ndb-6.2.15

NDBT_ProgramExit: 0 - OK

I can't tell how far back exactly the backups began to fail, because I
stupidly deleted them this week before I had any signs of trouble.

It's possible this is a lingering issue related to my earlier bug:
http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=36044

In any case, I'm going to try this on some other cluster instances we
have to see if it is reproducible, and I will most likely follow up with
enterprise support once our renewal is processed.

Thank you for your reply.
