We've just discovered that we have a configure error ourselves.  Patch 
is on the way.

meanwhile you should skip

with-ndb-shm and with-ndb-sci

(which is the cause of your problem)

you should also skip

with-ndb-docs unless you're sure you have all the tools necessary to build the docs, look
at the docs on the web instead

also

with-ndb-test is only built on a regular basis on a few linuxes, so make it simple skip
that as well. This is only meant for internal testing, but you're of course free to try
them out.
