Hi there

I am trying to install mysql in solaris virtual box but I keep on getting e=
rror

I have installed the ninaries in /opt/mysql

I am trying to run this script from /opt/mysql
./scripts/mysql_install_db  --user-dbuser -ldata/opt/mysql/data -basedir=3D=
.

I get the following error

/opt/mysql/bin/my_print_defaults syntax error at line 1

Neither host tumie or localhost could not be looked up with /opt/mysql/bin/=
resolveip
