Subject:MySQL Workbench 5.1.10 Beta availabe
View as plain text
Dear MySQL users,

we are proud to announce the release of the second official Beta of
MySQL Workbench 5.1, the next highly anticipated version of our database
GUI tool - MySQL Workbench. This release is available for all
major platforms: MacOS X, Linux and Windows.

We have fixed more than 30 bugs and added some enhancements that to the
interface. There's a new editor for defining/maintaining User Defined
Datatypes. The binary-packages are available for several different
platforms as well as the zipped sources for building workbench yourself.

Again we say "thank you" to all folks helping with testing our
work-in-progress-versions, reporting problems, building the source on
different distros and letting us know how it works out. Please keep up
the good work!
