Subject:MySQL -win32 3.22.28 released

Hi!

MySQL 3.22.28 for windows is now released;  This mainly fixes some
minor issues. The next windows release should be 3.23.6, which we will 
done after a couple of weeks.


Changes in release 3.22.27 and 3.22.28
--------------------------

   * Fixed problem when sorting on big blob columns.
   * `ROUND()' will now work on Win32.
