The first version of MaxDB Installation Manager for Windows and Linux is available now at
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/maxdb/instupgrade.html. It makes it very easy to install the
MaxDB database software and to configure new database instances.
Although it is quite stable, we recommend it for testing purposes only. A production
release of MaxDB Installation Manager is planned for MaxDB version 7.6.
Your feedback is highly appreciated. Please use the Mailing list for reporting problems.
